Positions currently available:
STARTING RATE $18.00 / HOUR - FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS:
Waterblast Operator – 2nd shift
Use high pressure water cabinet to remove excess shell material from castings.
STARTING RATE $17.00 / HOUR - FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS:
Wax Injector – 1st shift / 2nd shift
Set up and inject molds using wax injection press. Inspect wax patterns to repair and communicate defects.
Wax Mounter – 2nd shift
Mount wax molds by attaching runners to patterns with proper seals, and use sticky wax and/or water welder to attach gates to runners and fill in holes.
Wax Leach – 1st shift / 2nd shift
Make acid baths in each tank. Soak wax molds that require soluble wax cores. Inspect wax molds with borescope, looking for issues and defects.
Wax Inspector – 1st shift
Inspect all wax patterns for minor defects. Repair, mark up, and document and communicate defects of the wax patterns to appropriate employees.
Foundry Operator – 3rd shift
Melt aluminum to fill crucibles. Prepare Foundry for the following day's production. Perform oven loading and mold prep as needed.
Straightener – 1st shift
Ensure the dimensional straightness and specified flatness of parts with calipers and fixed gauges. Straighten castings using various hammers, squares, and straight edges.
2nd and 3rd shift positions receive an additional $1.00/hour shift differential pay
