Hourly positions start at $18.50 or $19.50 per hour, depending on the position.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Starting Rate - $18.50/ hour
Wax Mounter/Assembler – 1st shift
Join delicate wax patterns and components into clusters or molds for the investment casting process. Inspect wax patterns and molds to find defects.
Wax Injector – 2nd shift*
Operates injection machinery to produce exact wax replicas of metal parts.
Straightener – 1st shift
Ensure the dimensional straightness and specified flatness of parts with caliper and fixed gauges. Straighten castings using various hammers, squares and straight edges.
Cleaner/Grinder – 2nd shift*
Operate grinding equipment to remove excess material, visual imperfections and surface defects from aluminum castings.
Starting Rate - $19.50/ hour
Heat Treat Operator – 1st shift
Load, run, and unload industrial furnaces, ovens, and quench tanks. Set and track temperatures and timing, according to work orders.
Waterblast Operator – 2nd shift*
Use high pressure water cabinet to remove excess shell material from aluminum castings.
*2nd shift positions receive an additional $1.00/hour shift differential pay
**3rd shift positions receive an additional $2.00/hour shift differential pay
