Positions currently available:

NOTE:  All positions below have a starting rate of $13.00/hour and are full-time positions, unless otherwise noted.

             2nd and 3rd shift positions receive $.70/hour shift differential pay.
 

As of 9/25/2020:

Quality Technician – 1st shift

Pay range: $15.00 - $18.00

Full-Time position with the need for over-time. Responsible for inspecting aluminum castings to verify internal and customer compliance, reviewing of purchase orders, blueprints, specification, instructions, layouts and routers, and completing certificates of compliance. Also be responsible for pulling test bars, checking hardness, marking parts, etc.  To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication and computer skills, and exceptional attention to detail. 

Cleaning/Grinding – 1st shift

Use hand grinders to remove excess metal and visual imperfections from castings.

Wax Room Operator – 2nd shift

Set up and inject molds using wax injection press.  Inspect wax patterns to repair and communicate defects.  Mount wax molds, attach runners to patterns with proper seals and use sticky wax and/or water welder to attach gates to runners and fill in holes.

X-ray – 2nd shift

X-ray metal castings for internal defects according to techniques.  Process film and load film cassettes, organize, package film, and fill chemical tanks.
